VFW Post 3232

Welcome to Florence Post 3232, a multiple year “All American” VFW post including five years in a row 2015 to 2020.

The “Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States” (VFW), founded in 1899 and congressionally chartered in 1936, is the oldest and largest combat veterans’ service organization in the United States with over 1.5 million members. Post 3232, located in Florence Oregon, was founded and chartered in 1942 and is one of 7000 VFW Posts across this great Nation.

The members of Florence Post 3232 are all combat veterans who continue their tradition of service to their country and community by initiating and supporting programs to provide for their fellow veterans, improve their community, and preservation of our American heritage.

Mission: To foster camaraderie among United States veterans of overseas conflicts. To serve our veterans, their families, the military and our communities. To advocate on behalf of all veterans.

Vision: Ensure that veterans are respected for their service, always receive their earned entitlements and are recognized for the sacrifices they and their loved ones have made on behalf of this great country.
